Yes. Each job can be given a warranty based on the job.
We can offer price with or without parts. It’s typically better for our customers to get the labor only price as parts are only charged as they are used.
We charge by the job.
Yes. Contractor license and Insurance can be provided upon requested. Our contractor number is readily available on our website.
Yes we do on a case by case basis.

We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
We utilize customer’s receptacles, bulk trash, and complete removal on a case by case basis. We do not leave trash without a prior arranged agreement to do so.
We typically work 8:30-3:30 Mon-Sat. Sundays off. Sometimes estimates are given outside these hours to accommodate as many people as we can.
Written estimates are usually sent first thing in the morning following the appointment.
We service Broward County and Miami Gardens areas.

At the appointment time our contractor will arrive at the scheduled time to discuss the work. If he is running late, a text or call will prompt the customer. During the visit, we will review the customer’s needs and provide professional recommendations to meet them. A written form of the discussed options can be provided at the end of the visit. Emailed proposals are typically delivered later in the day.
Estimates are free. Some free estimates are offered over the phone, while others require a home visit. Formal written proposals for insurance or mortgage companies may require a nominal fee.
