We service Broward County. Other locations would need to be confimed prior to scheduling.

Written estimates are offered via email within 48 hours of the phone consultation or visit.

Estimates are offered during business hours and Saturdays 10-2pm.

Trash removal is not included in our pricing.  Arrangements can be made on a case by case basis.

We offer services Monday – Friday.  We offer estimates on Monday – Saturdays.

Deposits are generally required upon start of work.  Specialty orders may require deposit for parts ordered prior to start of work.

Yes.  Each job can be given a warranty based on the job.

Parts are NOT included in our estimates.  The customer is responsible for parts.

We utilize customer’s receptacles, bulk trash, and complete removal on a case by case basis.  We do not leave trash without a prior arranged agreement to do so.

Yes.  Contractor license and insurance can be provided upon request.

Yes.  A fee may apply as written insurance claim estimates require additional breakdowns of costs than a free estimate.

We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, Cashapp, and Zelle payments.

Working hours are 8:30am – 4:00pm Mon – Fri.

Written estimates are usually sent first thing in the morning following the appointment.

A free estimate starts off with a phone discussion with a request for pictures and details of the projects.  A visit will be offered on jobs requiring further details.  Written estimates are offered within 24 hours of the consultation.  Estimates can be itemized or priced as a bundle.

Estimates are free.  Some free estimates are offered over the phone, while others require a home visit.  Formal written proposals for insurance or mortgage companies may require a nominal fee.
