BATH REMODEL FROM HELL:
This customer contacted us to rectify a problem with their bathroom remodel. Their 24″ wall tile was moving and was afraid to use the bathroom. I informed them that the tile was installed with the wrong thinset and needed to be replaced. These are pics of what I found behind the tile. The tile did not stick to the thinset. We did not even need to use tools to remove the tile. We removed all the wall tile and replaced with new using a multibond thinset. Customer felt safe to use her shower and has since referred customers to do work for them.
