GARAGE BUILD OUT:
This customer had us build an office space in his 2 car garage. We built the walls using pressure treated lumber and drywall. We installed an interior door for room entry and the customer installed the electric during the build. Studs were installed a t 16″ top dead center and the ceiling was roughly 9 feet tall. We kept the work area clean and finished the job in 3 days.
